About the Study
For the "Professional User Rating: Human Resources 2027," the Heise Group surveyed 5,940 HR professionals and employees who actively use the respective tools in their daily work. The study evaluated both the vendors themselves (innovation capability, service, pricing models, informational offerings) and the software solutions (core features, practical utility, long-term satisfaction).
In total, approximately 60 criteria across 14 subcategories were factored into the results, creating an accurate benchmark of real-world usage. Only vendors with exceptional performance are represented in the "PUR Diamond" matrix, which categorizes vendors as Balanced Vendors, High Performers, or Champions. In the latest rating, HRlab was once again recognized as a Champion.
