Whistleblowing

The Whistleblower Protection Act requires companies in Germany with more than 50 employees to establish an internal reporting system since July 2023. With HRlab, you can meet all the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act thanks to detailed permission management. This not only keeps you on the safe side but also protects whistleblowers.

Access Rights

100% Anonymity

To set up an internal reporting channel via HRlab, you first register your respective Compliance Officer. Only this person and, of course, the whistleblowers have access to the incoming cases. To guarantee anonymity, even whistleblowers have access to their case with an encrypted password only.

Easy Monitoring

Once a case is reported, the Compliance Officer can access it and update the status accordingly. This ensures that both parties are aware of the current status of the case at all times. Additionally, they can leave notes directly in the case file to make tracking as easy and transparent as possible, and communicate as needed.

Reporting Misconduct

You can set up three different communication methods through which your employees can report a case. The ticketing system handles all incoming cases directly through the HRlab system. Alternatively, you can also provide a phone number or a separate email address. This gives whistleblowers the option to report their case according to their preference.
