- Management of support channels and development of an innovative FAQ database
- Expansion and maintenance of digital support services
- Setup and continuous development of an intelligent chatbot
- Measures for the increase of the satisfaction as well as for the care of existing customers
- Management of support as well as customer feedback processes
THIS IS YOU
- You love what you are doing
- You are experienced in the support of (SaaS) technology and have a couple of years of work experience
- You are technically oriented and excited for new challenges
- Ideally you could already gain some experiences with chatbot technologies
- You feel like designing new workflows and you are pursuing a careful, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
- You are an innovative thinking person and a team player
- You can empathize with the customer’s problems and look at new challenges from different angles
- You can phrase processes very clearly and are confident in writing texts
- Your German and English is very good spoken and written
